Food Combination: Game meats such as venison and duck. Salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, salmon with dill sauce, turkey and walnut stuffing, pork, lamb, poultry with rosemary. Desserts: White chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries and raspberries.
